About Us
Brad is a Newton native with a lifelong passion for building. Even as a kid, he was captivated by construction—memorizing every detail of the “How to Build a House” documentary and studying how things were put together. That early curiosity eventually became the foundation for Luxury Remodeling.
After graduating from the University of Iowa in 2016 with a degree in Enterprise Leadership, Brad launched the business and has been refining his craft and leadership ever since. Known for his eye for detail and his commitment to investing in things that truly last, he guides the team with a focus on clarity, craftsmanship, and doing right by the homeowner. For Brad, quality should be standard—what matters just as much is the experience, the communication, and helping clients feel cared for throughout the entire process.
Outside of work, Brad serves as a high school youth leader and is an active member of his church, where he serves as a deacon and sits on the executive board. He and his wife, Katie, have a young daughter who brings plenty of joy to their home. When he’s not on a job site or serving the community, you’ll find him diving into building science or cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
Katie grew up in Grimes, Iowa, and brings organization, creativity, and heart to the Luxury Remodeling team. She and Brad have been married for three years and have tackled their own home remodel in between the many projects the business takes on.
As the Business Assistant, Katie keeps the behind-the-scenes operation running smoothly and is often the one capturing the small moments that highlight the craftsmanship happening on every job. If you follow our social media, you’ve already seen her eye for storytelling and detail at work. She is dedicated to making sure every homeowner feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their experience with us.
Katie graduated from Missouri Western State University in 2018 with a degree in Psychology and Business Entrepreneurship. She cheered through college and went on to coach for several years, building a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, and communication.
Katie is also a high school youth group leader at her church, where she invests deeply in mentoring students and serving her community.
When she’s not keeping the business moving, she loves spending time with their daughter and their silver lab.
Dalton brings a grounded, hard-working spirit to our team—something that started long before he picked up a hammer. Growing up in the Newton area, he spent his youth showing animals, playing sports, and diving into FFA, all while developing a natural curiosity for how things are built.
He joined us in 2024 and quickly set himself apart with his hunger to learn, his upbeat attitude, and his commitment to doing things the right way. Whether he’s tackling a new skill or jumping into a complex remodel, Dalton approaches every task with humility and craftsmanship.
Outside the job site, Dalton pours that same energy into his church community as a middle school youth leader and a college ministry leader in Ankeny. And if he’s not serving others, he’s probably working on his vertical at volleyball or hanging with friends.
